Happy Valentine’s Day!

After leaving DC we drove to Williamsburg, Virginia where we visited both Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. In Colonial Williamsburg we ate dinner at the King’s Arms Tavern where Lincoln and Washington had once dined and watched some demonstrations. Harry eating leg of lamb at the King’s Arms Tavern.

In typical fashion dad went a bit overboard with lighting the fire….

Today we went to the Pequot Library Easter Egg Roll–just like the one they have on the lawn of the White House.   First we met the Easter bunny, then we dyed a couple of eggs,  and petted a real bunny.  Then we got down to business to warm up for the Easter egg rolling contest….

Mom decided to cook only 20 meals this week so she took me and my sis to the diner for breakfast.
