Penelope had a blast skiing with her race group on Sunday after 15 inches of snow fell overnight.

Naveen, Freya, Dad and Mom also got a chance to enjoy skiing in the deep powder. Here’s a pic of Freya taking a quick break to eat a waffle.

Naveen trying his hand at racing and won a bronze medal on his first try!

A little banana goes a long way.

Here’s Penelope’s first race on her ski team. Not sure of the outcome yet. Will update. Here she is pre-race (purple). Coat is off for increased aerodynamics (ha!)
1st run. She’s the skier on the right. The clock starts when she passes a certain point so it doesn’t matter what time she leaves the gate.
2nd run. The skier on the left in purple (she comes after two other kids finish.) We should have results in a while.
I’m sporting my flannel in Vermont!
