Here I am ringing in the New Year. We had a celebration at my friend Alexandra’s house.

My feet are so happy. I just got a new pair of slippers from Aunt Lis & Uncle Anthony – another early Christmas present for me to start enjoying now. As soon as Mom took them out of the box I sat down so she could put them on…..then I started to dance. Mom caught part of that dance on video:
My Aunt Lis & Uncle Anthony bought me a Cozy Coupe for Christmas. Mom and Dad gave it to me early so I could enjoy it a bit before the snow comes (plus Uncle Neil was up and they thought it was a good project for him to build since it had 40 steps and a million parts!)
After strolling around the cul-de-sac, we took to the road… or actually the sidewalk. When we were a good ways down the road, mom stopped the car to take a photo….little did she know I, too, thought it was a good time to stop as I needed to stretch my legs. Mom then had to hold my hand and walk me and the coupe back home as I refused to get back in. Here I am exiting the car:
I’ve had a stuffy nose the past few days so I’ve been spending some time relaxing on the couch watching Sesame Street to regain my strength.
Tonight for dinner I had some manicotti, green beans with french fried onions and to wash it all down apple cider.
Yum!

Here I am getting cheese whipped by mom!
….will hopefully keep the doctor away this winter (with the exception of Grandpa M!)
