To celebrate my 11 months mom and dad took me out to dinner. I also acquired three new skills today–crawling down stairs on my stomach the safe way with my legs leading, cruising around holding furniture, and walking while mom holds my hands!

Today I continued my quest to eat as much mango as humanly possible. Mom cut the rest of the fruit from the pit and gave me the pit to chew on. It’s one of Dad’s favorite things to do, so this mango didn’t fall from the tree.

Below is a video of me enjoying a mango. Mom gave me the whole thing to play with after I ate a bunch of cut up pieces…. I ate 1/4 of a mango in one sitting. I would have eaten the whole thing but mom thought it wasn’t wise to feed me so much fruit at once!

Dad bought me an iPad because I’m such a special girl. Uncle Neil is helping me read a book on it. See how good I am at turning the pages?

Today dad’s new Primo grill arrived; he’s got big plans for it. It looks like this:

Mom tried to make a makeshift gate so I couldn’t crawl up the basement stairs. It didn’t take long before I decided to climb in to my old friend, the bouncy seat, and try to climb over the back of it and up the stairs. Fortunately mom is always nearby to keep me safe.

Today we went for a trial at the Little Gym. I had a good time playing with the other babies and catching bubbles. They were supposed to send mom some photos of me but they seemed to have dropped the ball on that. If they come mom will add them.

After class we went to lunch at 5 Guys Burgers and Fries. I had worked up such an appetite that I ate half of mom’s burger.

All she was left with was a pile of fries!

Here I am at Bertucci’s wth my good friend Alexandra. We must be psychic (or our moms are) because we ended up wearing the same onesie!

Here I am enjoying a few self-service snacks. My two bottom teeth are on their way up and they have been hurting me. These biscuits make me feel a bit better.

Dad took the day off on Friday. We enjoyed the 70 degree weather and went out for lunch at the Southport Brewing Company. Somehow dad didn’t make it into the picture!

Today I got a postcard with an owl on it from Grandma Williams.
She sent it to me from Virginia. I just can’t get enough of that bird!

Here I am talking a few cautious steps with the new walker mom and dad bought for me.

Here I am having some pizza in Fairfield at frank Pepe’s with mom and grandpa W who came to visit me last week. Miss you grandpa and thanks for all of the great gifts!
